Click on the attachment below to download/view the video tutorial.

You will need QuickTime (or any program that will read QuickTime files) to view it. QuickTime is available for free at the following URL if you need it.

To read the gazette, you will need software that can read PDF files. Adobe PDF Reader is available for free at the following URL if you need it.
